4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed via approved payment gateways (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.) at the time of checkout.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or serviceable area issues.
• Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is subject to serviceability in your area and your selected time slot.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, holidays, or unforeseen operational issues.
• We are not liable for delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued in case of spoiled, incorrect, or damaged items, as per our Refund Policy.
• All refund requests must be raised within the stipulated time frame after delivery.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Use false information or impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, trademarks, and code on the Platform are the property of Sovorun Technologies Pvt Ltd licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate, high-quality products and services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any service is to stop using the Platform.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAW GR8 FOODZ PVT. LTD., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any breach of applicable laws.

12. Privacy

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
