  • Proceed to checkout and complete payment.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

  • Orders can only be modified before they are confirmed. Once confirmed, no changes can be made.

Delivery & Tracking

  • What are your delivery timings?
    We deliver daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (may vary by location).
  • How long does delivery take?
    All orders are delivered within 2 hours of confirmation.
  • How can I track my order?
    Visit the My Orders section in your profile to see real-time updates.

How do I place an order?

Can I modify my order after placing it?:

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Is online payment safe?
  • Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways to protect your information.
  • My payment was deducted but order not confirmed — what do I do?
  • Don’t worry! The amount will be automatically refunded within 3–5 working days. Contact support if it doesn’t reflect.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you can cancel before the order is packed. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel.

5.How do refunds work?

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within 24 hours and may take 3–7 working days depending on your bank.

6. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

  • Contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?
  • Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset it.
  • How can I update my address?
  • Go to My Account → Address Book and add or edit your delivery addresses.
