Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
The Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can cancel their orders and the procedures to be followed.
2. Scope of Policy
- Applies to all orders placed through our platform.
- Covers cancellations initiated by both customers and the company.
- Excludes cases where products are marked "non-cancellable."
3. General Cancellation Terms
- Orders can be canceled within the acceptance window without fees.
- Late cancellations incur a fee of ₹100 or 30% of the order value.
- Non-cancellable items include perishable goods and customized products.
4. Cancellation Process
- Customers can cancel orders through their account.
- Company-initiated cancellations occur due to inventory issues or fraud concerns.
5. Cancellation Fees
Orders canceled after the free window incur a ₹100 fee or 30% of the order value. Orders canceled after dispatch will include a delivery charge.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Fully refundable if canceled within the free window.
- Bank/UPI refunds processed within 7 business days.
- Wallet/store credit refunds are instant.
7. Exceptions and Special Cases
Non-delivered orders due to operational issues are eligible for a full refund. Pre-orders require cancellation at least 2 days before delivery.
8. Disputes and Escalations
Cancellation disputes must be raised within 24 hours. Escalated cases will be reviewed within 3 business days.
9. Fraud Prevention
Frequent cancellations or misuse may lead to account suspension.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order and delivery details.
- Cancel within the free window when possible.
11. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders marked as "Out for Delivery" cannot be canceled.
12. Compliance and Policy Updates
This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
